Returns & Refunds
Unlike many other online clothing stores, we are happy to deal with returns and refunds from our customers. If you wish to return an item for a refund then please send it to us within 12 days together with a covering letter detailing the reason for return and your order number. If you want a refund rather than credit then we will refund you. We do not refund P&P costs. Replacements can also be made within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear,custom made prescription lenses, jewellery, or sale items. We may offer a replacement in certain circumstances.
